Common questions

Can you give a construction rate without visiting?

A rough discussion is possible, but a firm quotation needs the plot or building, scope and material level. A site visit prevents hidden items from becoming surprises later.

What is included in the written scope?

The agreed structure and finishing items, material choices and stages of work are written clearly before starting, so changes can be identified and priced separately.

Can you renovate an old house?

Yes. We first look for damp, roof leakage, old plumbing, wiring and surface damage, then sequence repairs before tiling, plaster and paint.

Who handles society or authority approvals?

Requirements vary by area and by whether the work is structural. We discuss the approval position before structural work; the customer remains responsible for permissions unless agreed otherwise in writing.
